If a terminal facility is x amount away from staffing 100% projected to target and they have x releasable inbound ERRs on file. Could they hypothetically select all x as long as all the inbound ERRS stayed releaseable throughout the panel?

According to the rules. I see DFW can pick up like 20 and only 12 are releasable, wonder how thats gonna play out if all 12 stay releasble.

It depends on the panel rules but yes. I think most NCEPT panels they can pick up to 100% or 110% projected and if there are still people eligible for release with paperwork in then they will get selected.

Has anyone been successful in getting a deviation past 2 pay periods but within 3 months approved? I submit paperwork for this panel in December when we showed above 85% in July, but its been updated to being releasable in April which is too soon 😅

No one can max out shit if they're at a level 4
Hey was asking about moving from a Z not a level 4

But yea it would be tough to do that, level 4s account for 1.7% of the total cpc workforce. Maybe they should contract those out and get rid of them. Offer moves to those people.

From the facility rep I spoke with, he said that one month extension is no questions asked approved. Not sure if that’s written in SOP though

Is this ncept "Draft order list" a new thing? Haven't noticed it on previous panels, and when I scroll natca website to find the past panels data/spreadsheets its not on there. Is there a way to locate previous draft lists?

The Draft Order (Priority List) is out, can I determine my odds based off where my facilities are ranked?

You can try to get a feeling of what your odds are but there's know way to no 100% most of the time.

The factors that affect your odds in order of importance, imo, are:

1. Whether your facility is eligible to release and how many CPCs you can lose?

2. If the facility you put into can pick up and how many they can pick up per round and per panel?

3. How many other CPCs at your facility have paperwork in and to how many facilities? Do the facilities they have into rank higher in priority than yours?

4. How many CPCs, that are eligible to release, from other facilities have paperwork into the facility you want?

5. How does where you wind up on the ATM ranking lost compare to where other CPCs at your facility wind up on their facility ranking lost? Can't know for certain how that one will play out

With all that you can read the panel rules and fill in the blanks to try to get a feel for if you have a shot or not, but you don't have access to see CPCs from other facilities that put in, and your coworkers don't have to tell you which facilities they put into if they did.

Wow. I’m at a perpetually understaffed up/down so I don’t even put myself through the stress of trying to ERR anymore. But wow, they do the “surge” facilities before NCEPT? So basically they are going to get peoples hopes up that they can finally release one person only to get jumped by the surge facilities every time?

That would only be the case if your facility could release 3 people and all 3 wanted to go to a low staffed facility.

But yes the priority places have priority. Put in for one, fail training slowly, get a huge nest list, go to whichever one has highest pass rate and staffing, err again to where you actually want to go. Oh I wouldn't do anywhere that has tetra. In 5 short years you can get where you want just play the game.
