It’s just another way to fill up all the desirable facilities with tower only low level ERRs. Any mid level up/down is perpetually fucked so you might get 1 release sporadically and that is going to be soaked up by someone so desperate to leave that they bid one of the surge facilities. Might as well just quit unless you are happy where you are or want to go to a surge facility.

That would only be the case if your facility could release 3 people and all 3 wanted to go to a low staffed facility.

But yes the priority places have priority. Put in for one, fail training slowly, get a huge nest list, go to whichever one has highest pass rate and staffing, err again to where you actually want to go. Oh I wouldn't do anywhere that has tetra. In 5 short years you can get where you want just play the game.
Yeah. I think I’m just done. Options are stay at a lower or mid facility for pay that isn’t even worth it anymore for the lifestyle. Second option is to uproot the family to go to a busy “priority/surge/whatever” facility to sign up for working 6 day weeks in a location I don’t want to live.

This is incorrect im editing my comment because you do not get a nest list if you err and fail.

You missed a big part of the plan playa. You arent staying at the surge facility-that or management are the only ways you transfer

Being a person at one of those facilities, mine is pretty much a country club and idk why people wouldn't be interested in coming

Yeah maybe after all these years I just want to go somewhere I actually want to be. Ohh well. Let the brand new checkouts with no family move across the country I guess.

I would anticipate D10, L30, NCT picking up as many people as they want. It might even be somewhat competitive. So many facilities haven’t been able to release and those areas were never available.

The surge facilities have a tetra requirement and you can’t scam nest

I dunno if guidelines will change with the surge mou but NCT has had multiple people fail and get a nest list of 9 pages recently. We also went from having 17 people requesting it to 44. So definitely will be competitive now.

Yeah the surge MOU has everyone returning to their previous facility, so if someone washes they go back to their previous facility.

Prior to the MOU it was NEST as usual for washout.

There was a new NEST SOP in place for this past Dec panel. There are no more 9 page NEST lists.

Ok so im not crazy. I thought i knew of someone getting a nest after not being successful

It’s almost like someone upon high decided they don’t want to incentivize training failures.
But natca is also voluntarily giving up contractual rights with that MOU, which is deeply ironic.

“We have to protect the 72 articles but we will also change them via MOU to make it worse for our employees. We can’t MOU to make it better, we can only make it worse”
