Facility Priority and Vacancy list

Facility Priority and Vacancy list

There will be another update prior to the November panel, which will be used for that panel, correct?

Also, the way I understand it, if my facility shows that it can lose 2, but 1 person got released on the last panel, they don’t count for this number and we can still release 2, right?

Thanks

If it says 2 on the next PPT it's 2. Past selections factor into the formula but are irrelevant in the way your question was framed.

I think priority list gets updated today. It’s every 2nd to last or last Wednesday of the month.
It’ll be posted and available on here later this week.

Do academy/experience inbounds play a part in changing a facility’s place in the priority list?

Such as, if a facility could pick up 5 back when the October priority list was posted and that facility then later takes on 4 academy graduates, do those 4 grads count against the original 5 that could have been selected per NCEPT? Would that mean the facility would be lower on the placement list?

Like MJ said yes. But any academy grads or other inbounds picked up after wed have no effect.
Wed is the PPT run and the Priority list will be posted at the end of the month. But the number of selections will match the number in possible gains to national avg column. Just won't know the order quite yet

Pardon my ignorance, but just as an example if a center can take 6 according to the last pull, and 6 academy grads have been taken since then, does that mean they can no longer take anyone? I know the placement list updates a lot so I figure new spots get added to each center’s “able to pickup” number. I assume the # won’t be zero, or stay zero for long, since it’s a center that is in need of bodies and not somewhere like Boston or Denver

Well if you're forecasting projected available slots it's pretty common that it's close enough to 1 for 1 that it's worth considering it that way. But it's a formula so that's not exactly how it works. Plus at large facilities like centers there are quite a few movements in and out of current staffing. So it's tough to tell cuz there's a lot of data moving that we don't really see until it posts.
