Just speaking based on my experience with multiple facility ATMs. I believe a desire with all of this new hiring system and NCEPT process is to illeviate the buddy system and perceived unfair hiring processes that were discovered.

Not sure how accurate or credible but when I called Aviation Careers last Weds they told me a list was coming out the next day, which it did. She also said they go out ever 3-4 weeks. Soo...there's that.

Did you guys all do the SF86 through eQip when you got your CIL? My HR rep said that was the only thing I was waiting to clear....funny thing I just renewed mine with the AF and it cleared Oct '18 so not sure why I even had to redo it when my current clearance was good for another 9+ years
