Fuck. The doc told me it should take her 2 weeks max to submit so we will see.My report took a month and a half to be submitted. It was another 4 months before I heard a decision. The Tier II is a painful lesson in patience.
Awesome. What's your timeline look like now?Just found out that Im medically cleared. that was my last step so now to wait on HR!
What region are you? And did they email you?Just found out that Im medically cleared. that was my last step so now to wait on HR!
SW region, my medical POC is SS. I sent her an email yesterday asking if they needed anything else from me after requesting I fill out and submit a headache questionnaire last week. She emailed back this morning that I had been cleared 6/19 and would hear from HR regarding next steps. Went ahead and emailed my HR POC, LM.What region are you? And did they email you?
What does it mean if I never received a medical POC? I asked my HR POC, she said I was not assigned one.SW region, my medical POC is SS. I didn't have one listed in my CIL either if that's what you're talking about. After I emailed the generic medical email, SS started replying to me consistently so I just started reaching out to her directly instead, Kind of assuming she was my POC.What does it mean if I never received a medical POC? Born and raised on Guam, then volunteered to come back. A flight out of here to LA would be like $1200. To Japan about $500. To the Philippines like $300. Everyone that has come out and worked here never complained about anything besides the gas prices and maybe groceries. I've never been to the Caribbean but I've been to many other countries, trust me when I say that Guam is definitely beautiful. There aren't that many that live there and to fly to Los Angeles it would take 16 hours and $2,000. I also hear it's not that nice there, not like the Caribbean.

I think Guam would work great for a single guy/gal who is looking for an adventure for their first assignment. I personally couldn't do it, mostly due to having a wife and young child, whom I at least want to keep within the states so that my parents can come visit and not spend an arm and leg in doing so. I'd definitely jump on the opportunity if I didn't have a family.Born and raised on Guam, then volunteered to come back. A flight out of here to LA would be like $1200. To Japan about $500. It would be legit if it were like a finite amount of time, like a tour of duty. Certify fast and live the island life for a few would be great. I would be scared to get stuck there with no means of leaving If i could err, which from what I've read here seems difficult if you go there after the academyI think Guam would work great for a single guy/gal who is looking for an adventure for their first assignment. Do they have a callback number so you can get more clarification? So i just asked my medical POS for an update after no response for 14 days, and was sent back a message saying "please set up appointment for refresh drug test", with a number to call to set up an appointment....I did this back in February, anyone have a clue as to what's going on? Seems a bit too soon to so a refresh.
I called the medical POC a few minutes after getting the email, but I believe she had already left home because it was already 5 p.m. when I got itDo they have a callback number so you can get more clarification?
