Was he kidding lol? Almost every sup and even the ATMs I worked with always bitched that "the Fac Rep and union typically get all the information before we do". Maybe he was talking about the currency report or overtime list or something.

They were either being facetious, delusional, or lying. Unless youre scared or terrible at working traffic, FLM is the worst job in ATC by a country mile. The only secrets are how badly the ATM will cave when the region calls and tells them to knock it off, after they try flexing their power and single handedly changing the agency. I love the ones who "don't agree" w articles of the contract. Too effing bad!

Oh no, completely serious. Sup got mad when I was explaining that we don’t consider “supervisor” to be a promotion, just a way off the boards lol.

I found out the other night on the mid that if you access the KSN NCEPT site, there is a link on the side for the PPT. If you click on that you'll see an "offical" PPT link, or you can scroll to the bottom to "preview unofficial PPT."

I've been checking the unofficial preview, since it appears that it updates more frequently as staffing workbooks are updated. Looks like every week or two the information is updated to reflect whatever staffing is shown in each FACs SWB.
