MMPI-2 Tier 2 Process

My appointment was 6/9 so if you hear anything let me know. I’ll do the same.
Will do. If I'm following correctly, it seems like the most recent guys are from the prior exp bid before ours so hopefully we hear something before the end of the yr

B

thats crazy!! RDC did nothing to help you? Did you say anything to anyone about how long you’ve been waiting??
Email him atleast once a month. His replies are usually along the lines of:

“At this time I have no update for you, HQ does the coordination of the Tier II and we aren't given updates on their process. I will email and see if I can get a reply”

Anybody have any other ideas of something I can do to try to speed up this painfully slow process?

I’ve been waiting like three months so far, I emailed RDC. He said if I didn’t get anything in the upcoming few weeks to let him know. I figured he would email them to tell them to set my appointment up. I guess not, if he didn’t do anything for you to help and it’s been two years. I just don’t get why you have to wait two years but someone get their appointment in less than a month. They say you can retake the MMPI-2 in two years lol. Reapply.

I’ve gotten that “if you don’t hear anything in a few weeks let me know” email too many times to count.

I'd be surprised if you didn't hear back this week

How often is the drug refresh? My initial one was in March. Not worrying about retaking it, just wanting to know if it’s something that will slow the process down more.

Lol one of those guys huh?

He's not really wrong realistically. I've never worked for a company where there's so many issues.

The problem is the FAA is the Federal regulatory authority for the NAS. They're the checks and balances. If you outsource that then who monitors the "Private" FAA? Do you create an oversight board that still has a sign off on everything?

There's a lot bureaucracy with it and the government needs oversight. Now I do believe they should privatize the hiring side of things. Especially medical.

Within the FAA, the AOV provides independent oversight of the ATO.
