Not the number I was given but idk. I ended up replying to the email I had received letting them know it wasn’t working. It was back up later that evening. Just keep trying the number they gave you or make medical aware of the issue and see if they offer any help.

I tried a bunch of times yesterday and didn't get through until 11pm my time, and then was told they were only available to schedule between 8am-4pm Central time. It's during those hours now and the phone lines are down again. I did email Medical yesterday but they haven't gotten back to me.
I was just as doubtful but I’m not going to wait an eternity for my security poc to verify. But I didn’t have any issues so who knows haha
That’s so weird. They scheduled me at 9pm central when I finally got through. But I had to call back the next day because that place no longer offered it lol
Maybe try that other number, worse thing that can happen is it’s not the right one!

Just an FYI for anybody with CG, I emailed her today to verify I had cleared, she told me that I have cleared the process but she isn’t sending out class date emails until she gets back from vacation in a couple weeks. She did state other reps may pick up some of her caseload though, so still potential to get class dates between now and then.
Turns out I gave them a call again just now and got through haha. Currently on hold with them
Just shot her an email; should have done so earlier (my [proverbial] anxiety is through the roof right now)!
Just called them as well to verify and they did confirm my appointment from the other number

Update, just heard back (that was fast); seems like she got my file yesterday, but someone else will be looking at it while she is on break.
Pretty much exactly what I wanted to hear! Don't have to think about moving during the holidays, should hopefully know if I get an FOL or have any hiccups before the withdrawal period ends. Wondering if this means that the security/background check stuff is done (my boss never mentioned anything about being contracted).

Just curious. For those of you who have received a class date what day did you receive your EODS and what day is your class date? Trying to get a general idea of the amount of time between the two (even though it varies for everyone especially since the holidays are right around the corner). Thanks

Just heard that I got selected for Jan 24th's En Route class! Gave my boss 4 weeks notice! So much for hearing when CG gets back from break!

Not sure if this was already asked but the AT basics form you get with EODS, who do you email the completed form to? I’m assuming the person who sent it but just wanted to check with you guys. Thanks!
