Hiring Bid FAA-ATO-19-ALLSRCE-61676

Thanks I'm going to answer truthfully about everything but I'm just wondering, What's exactly it tier 2? I know it's when you fail the MMPI but what does it mean? You have to fill out more paperwork?
Tier 2 means you have a sit down chat with an authorized psychologist/psychiatrist. Depending on why you failed the MMPI you will discuss various things. Appointments generally take three to eight hours and being Tier 2 can set up back four to twenty four months in the hiring process.

DF is back in the office, as of yesterday. But my security POC has been out for like a month...so yanno...just crying inside a little as I watch everybody blow passed me haha

LM has contacted me on behalf of CG and I start 2/27, terminal basics woooo. It says Air Traffic Basics (Tower) goes from 2/27 to 4/1, and Initial Tower Cab Training goes from 4/1 to 5/21. I was under the impression academy would only last 5 weeks? What's the Initial Tower Cab Training?

Basics is your first course, gives you an idea of what ATC is, teaches you the bare bones of the .65 and a little about tower. Need 70% to pass, the next course is what they call “across the street” that’s where you’ll learn more information that’s applicable to tower only. You’ll have plenty of tests and a final eval where you’ll need an accumulative score of 70% or greater to pass.
