He must be deep into the good ol boys club. Only the oldest most corrupt dinosaurs get extensions. When they have the politics on their side then the numbers get fudged and the region is told hes needed or the facility wont survive! When its really just a fraudulent way to get a very select special few made men their coveted MRA+30

The CBA clearly states that hazard pay to some degree is warranted.
It’s actually not in the contract which only referee to where it is and it’s not clear at all. Its easily up for interpretation. The CBA also states we will work 40 hours a week. Have you been working 40 hours a week for the last few months? I haven’t. We better give that money back, it’s in the CBA.

The reason why you are not working 40 hours a week is because your not at a facility yet, you are a OKC hire at home waiting for your class to start again.
are you on 5/5 or 5/10? Then you arent working 40 hours a week either.

Are they just open as diverts for big airports? I’m a 6 and that’s the only reason we’re open 24/7.

I'd love to go there but it seems fat as hell, staffing wise. Maybe some ERRs go through now that traff may take a downturn for a year or so

NVT Postponed until December probably spring. AZO numbers will continue to drop slightly and it's already below the max by like one point. Them canceling an appointment in June gave the traffic count number time to start dipping. What a joke.

So what are you saying, AZO will probably stay as a 7 and be locked down there? Also the NVT won't look at the whole NAS will they? If so everyone is going down, N90 will be a 9.

Ya locked in at a 7 for the foreseeable future. Who knows with the other big facilities right? Some of them would probably benefit from a downgrade because you'd have to assume they're going to go back up again right? But yes they're not looking at anyone right now. Is N90 that bad? I haven't looked at their numbers.

Yeah I can't imagine they downgrade the whole NAS or almost everyone will rebound one day and they will owe everyone in the agency at least a 6% raise. Bad break with AZO, with the mini-mega TRACON I know everyone was expecting a 8. At least you have the east wall/west wall or whatever it is so if people like radar only you can pretend you are in a center without ever being crazy busy, or if you like tower you can still do a up/down thing. Also that consolidation saved a lot of lives who were stuck in the low level up/downs in NCEPT hell, so even though the single level upgrade is disappointing the project was still for the best, hopefully after COVID we see a lot more.
