We’ve worked six day workweeks and ten hour days for years and the show has ALWAYS gone on. It will continue to go on long after I’m gone.

I’m nowhere near base of $180K. Currently, that pay is only achievable by applying for, being selected, and becoming a supervisor.

Serious question...
How much is your life potentially worth? A $20K, 30K, 40K pay increase? If the agency can reduce the chance of you contracting COVID-19 and potentially dying by reducing the amount of people you come into contact with on a daily basis, why wouldn’t you see safety is more important than pay. Get a side job, if you need money that bad. Hell, many people had two jobs, while training. I know people who, up until this COVID-19 thing, had side jobs cutting lawns (on their ONE DAY OFF) or being Uber drivers because they wanted something to do or to make a little extra cash for whatever.

Well since I’m still going in and have had to fill out contact trace paperwork 4 times from the flight surgeon can I get my raise?

You mentioned everyone staying away from friends and family blah blah blah to certify. What about to provide those essential services? Or you're exempt because you're already a CPC so screw everyone else?

Do you seriously not think reducing exposure risk could lower the chance of employees getting COVID-19 and causing facilities to close for extended periods of time?
I know of plenty of ICU nurses that didn’t get to hold their own children for the last few months because the risk is potentially that great. If you were that important to the agency, and you and I are not, then they’d try to isolate us like professional athletes. Since they don’t want to pay continuous OT and/or hazard pay, they are reducing the risk by reducing staffing numbers. Easy decision given traffic is down.

...and myself and others have to go to the approach wall or departure, during thunderstorm season, because chickshit CPCs dodging traffic or people who shouldn’t have certified can’t work it... You don’t hear us bitching and whining about working our asses off. We signed up for this when we came here. We handle issues in our own ways though like: closing positions, skip people for breaks, etc. Someone acting like a chickshit gets noticed really quickly. You want CPC pay, then become a CPC, and start acting like it. Until then, don’t touch my landline because your handoff services aren’t needed.

who fucking cares what i believe is what? seems like you think my "wrong think" opinions are a threat to yours and you cant allow them to be out there in the ether...uncensored! grow some balls and confidence and stop playing victim and coming up with excuses why youre unhappy and projecting it on eveyrone else
