It is not in your best interests to Venmo me $1,000.....The minute someone tells me I do not need something or “it is not in your best interests,” is the moment I go and buy it or do it... Just saying

Haha, I was waiting for this lol ?It is not in your best interests to Venmo me $1,000.....
Yes.If I don’t like Biden at all, would NATCA rather have me exercise my right to vote as a US citizen and vote for Trump or not exercise the right to vote at all?
Well, you might not feel like it but shall not be infringed is not a complicated idea. California bans basically everything and it’s going to get overturned in court. When you ban the majority of firearms and common accessories you’re infringing on a right.I dunno man. I live in a state with an AWB and I've never felt that my right to bear arms was being infringed upon or that anyone was coming for my guns. The problem is continuing with this misconceived notion that anyone other than a Republican is going to steal your guns while completely ignoring the very real and documented threat to government unions
If you think the second is obsolete then I guess the first is obsolete also. I guess the first amendment doesn’t apply to phones and TV and the government should control that. They kinda already do. Oh and the 4th, the government should be about to search your vehicle at any time cause you know.... it’s All obsolete. Let’s just start over and see what side comes on top. I can’t wait till the FAA is privatized
Ah. You’re correct. $54/paycheck. I have FEPBLUE, single person. Went to the doctor for an annual physical and bloodwork, no copay. Easily the most affordable healthcare I could ask for.$54/month or $54/paycheck? I pay $60/paycheck for the GEHA high-deductible plan, single person.
I think it’s funny that the same people who want to ban firearms, a protected right, are also crying because POTUS wants to ban TikTok.even taking your argument that “it’s just a hobby” at face value. If you knew that say... nvidia wouldn’t be making high end GPUs available to consumers anymore or that certain sportscars wouldn’t be allowed to be purchased anymore or whatever you’re into, you’d stock up.
I don’t think it needs an update. The principles of privacy should apply to everything, but among other things the courts have basically ignored the 10th amendment (any power Or right not specifically enumerated to the fedgov belongs to the states and to the people). At this point I highly doubt any rights lost would be suddenly restored, even with an amendmentno, see it doesn’t work like that. It’s possible to consider 1 amendment good and another one not as good. That’s why the whole amendment process exists. It’s not a hard concept to grasp. But yeah, I think the constitution is in desperate need of an update for the 21st century. I think things like data privacy should be an amendment.
You hit the nail on the head here with this last sentence. Once something is removed will it be seldom restored. If you give a mouse a cookie... This applies to everything because at some point it will never be enough for a select group of people. They will always want to institute more and more control, even influence your life in every way possible to assure you that they have your best interests at heart.I don’t think it needs an update.
