Article 83 Section 1: “Seniority will be determined by the Union.”Word on the street of upcoming is your seniority will freeze if you go sup and start where you left off if you go back to cpc.
While that may be a possibility I’ve seen people talking about staying at the facility they were a sup at. My guess is that it’s mostly up to the ATM.Pretty sure you enter the nest program if your old facility doesn’t have a spot for you. So it’s risky.

how would the union be able to do this outside ratification during a convention??Word on the street of upcoming is your seniority will freeze if you go sup and start where you left off if you go back to cpc.
They cannot. Over the years at every convention a certain group submits this request and every year it is voted down just like the one that requests military time count for NATCA Seniority.how would the union be able to do this outside ratification during a convention??
yup which makess me think---ffa cant get enough stupes even with throwin large raises---they work out a deal with the NEB to convince the workforce to amend the constitution about losing seniority---big push goes out by national to urge the workforce to vote for the amendment in 2023---but what did national get in return---hmmmmmmmmmmThey cannot.
