Only use the online one & the online test (they are a little outdated though, but many of the questions are used on the basics final test). You will be given books once you get to the academy, do not waste your money now. The FAA wants you to know certain things, while completely ignoring other items.

I never received a confirmation email back after sending my tol and other forms in. I called aviation careers hr and they said if they don't get back to us then that means they got it.
