I sent in my TOL paperwork a few hours ago but haven't gotten an email confirming they received it. Is that nornal?

It took until about 1pm eastern today after submitting it at 6pm last night, so your mileage may vary on this

I submitted my acceptance at 19:22 Central yesterday and have not received a confirmation yet. I sent the documents in a separate e-mail instead of just replying to the e-mail with the TOL, as there were instructions to send them by e-mail to that address. Did anyone else do that, or did you simply reply?

i replied because i noticed the email it said to send to was the same one the tol came from, i still havent gotten confirmation either so dont worry your theory is wrong! im sure theres probably no good reason but since we're supposed to have sent our responses within five days we'll just have to call them to see if they received them or not if we still havent gotten a response email before then

I sent a new email to the address given. That was yesterday around 8pm CST, got a reply around 11am this morning

Update - Confirmation e-mail rec'd 282135Z.

Sent my acceptance at 1830 EST and haven't received an confirmation of receipt. I will probably call tomorrow afternoon to check even though it says to wait 5 days. That's just too close considering you only have 5 days to accept the TOL so I won't be taking any chances.

Yeah I don't wanna sound dramatic but I'm still waiting on confirmation too and I did a reply instead of a new email. I doubt it makes a difference but if it's Monday and I've still heard nothing ima call my HR brothers and sisters up.

I just got my TOL yesterday, sent it back and rcvd my confirm email 15 minutes later!! Enroute here I come!!! Super stoked!!!

Now just waiting on the CIL, already have my class II medical as I am a private pilot.

Anyone that is also enroute that has a TOL and interested in rooming together please let me know, we can save ALOT of money rooming together.

Just received my TOL at 1:50 EST for terminal. Wanted enroute though! I’m pool 2.

Maybe we can switch, I wanted terminal and got enroute.
