Just finished my E-Qip, fingerprints tomorrow, Medical and Drug Test Monday. Then I'm sure another few months of waiting. Nice to have some forward momentum though!

I feel a rush of adrenaline for some reason every day I wake up now. For a while there I was getting pretty desperate to hear something back after the government shutdown, but now the floodgates have opened with new instructions and forms to fill, I see the light at the end of the tunnel boys. Strap in and hope this bitch keeps moving

I'm running a tow company right now. So the only 2 things that get me excited at this point are multi vehicle accidents and emails from the FAA ??

I’m hoping to get en route as well, but I want to come home afterwards, ZFW. But let’s be honest, I’ll take getting to the academy first and then worry about passing, let alone where I’ll stay for a while.

Although, my ultimate goal is to return back to ZFW area after all is said and done.

Total shot in the dark and doubt its a thing, any chance of the FAA making an exception to my placement if my wife is military and cant just get up and move? I know if you marry FAA to FAA they will but I doubt Mil to FAA is a thing.

That’s weird, I just took mine about 4 hours ago. Dfw area, and I finished my security on Tuesday. Medical is on the 7th for me. Then I’ll be all done

My MMPI-2 contact says that she isn't certified to administer the test yet and they are back logged and that I have to wait. But gave no indication of how long the wait will be.

I got my security email 9:21AM PST.
Scheduled medical and MMPI2 all within two days.
In the SoCal area.
