Please help: This may have been answered already but I've read about 20 pages and haven't found the answers I'm looking for.
Does anyone know if/how many more tols will be sent of for the July 18 job announcement?
It still says I'm refered/being considered but I'm starting to worry I didn't make the cut. I'm a Navy vet with active ts clearance, passed the exam but haven't heard anything since, I'm hoping but I'm also wondering if I should be keeping an eye out for the next announcement. Which I'm hoping I didn't already miss haha.

Nothing yet. We've had 2 waves, one on 12/21 and 2/25. Based off the hiring numbers, I've confident they will send out at least a few dozen more but it probably depends on the number of those who have accepted the offers, pass conditional clearances, medical, drug test, etc. I'm sure once they have another announcement, you'll see a new thread or this thread have a lot of posts about it. Sorry, I know I saw it posted on this thread already but I cannot find it... Does anyone have the list of current airports that are hiring trainees? I know its not accurate to what we may receive as an option during academy but I'm curious and cannot find online either...

This isnt entirely accurate. Its accurate in that it's a guess, but trying to guess if they're going to send more TOLs based off hiring numbers is impossible. They are still hiring off 2017 experienced bids, 2018 experienced bids. I know people still referred from previous open bids. So..... its accurate in that there could be a few dozen. There could be none. There could be 100.

Yeah that's all I was trying to say. I figured to meet their hiring goal (if they do this year), they would have to hire quite a few Experienced applicants as well but may offer more to OTS. The numbers one of the admins shared from last years bid was 656 pool 2, and 610 pool 1 and last I heard they were only up to 500-ish so far this year, but I'm sure to meet their FY hiring goal they could go all out and hire most of the Experienced controllers back.

Got impatient and emailed my HR POC just to get an update and she said they are waiting on my MMPI results and once they get those she will reach out directly to initiate a start date.
For reference I submitted my SF-86 on the 19th, took my MMPI the 26th and did my medical and drug test on 3/1

Dang.. sounds like there will be some who will have some FOL's at some point this month, or beginning of next

Has anyone gotten a peak at what kind of questions they ask former employers?
It asks them to confirm information on a different page, which I believe is what you input on SF 86 about your employment with them (full, part etc). It asks if they would re-hire you; if you resigned on your own or in lieu of termination; if they would recommend you for a security clearance, if you had any adverse factors. Stuff like that.
Not everyone gets a phone interview. Those who get a phone interview are usually because something was flagged in the background check, whether it was an inconsistency found out soemthing doesn’t seem right. Phone interview isn’t necassarily good, but also not bad. If you do get a phone interview, just stick to what you said on the background check form and don’t lie.. if you do it can lead to an in person interview and a delay in all this.
