I got KG as HR POC, and I found her on some shady FAA resource site, emailed her that I had received clearance, and she sent me email about sending in DD214, college transcripts, and Veterans Disability forms

Apparently everyone has been getting the same stuff regardless of whether those things apply to them or not. In the email it should state right under the date that it's enroute. Assuming you accept it we should be in the same class.

Awesome, I just asked if that was the soonest I could start, and she said yes. Did you need to send in college transcripts? I never graduated, and used veterans preference

I asked since I also applied solely based as a veteran, and was told no. I have no clue why they have that in the email. I just responded saying I accept the date and that the only difference on the questions (I would venture to guess you had the same ones on the bottom) that I have, in fact, served in the military. I didn't send anything other than that, but am still awaiting my FOL.

Started with LM, KG sent me the class dates and informed me her last day on the job is Friday so another HR rep will be assigned to me to send me my FOL...

I messaged her about the forms and yeah she said if it didn't apply to me not to worry, seems like it's just a copy-paste that is either an error or just worded poorly. Said she put me in for the classdate and I should be all set. Kind of bummed to get terminal but oh well, I think it's better for the long term anyways just means I have to play the transfer game.

They say official, but it hasn't applied to anyone so far. Most people have submitted all of that stuff by now.

It needs to be official. But my HR person said a scanned copy of the official transcript was fine but they need it before your class date.

Luckily my school has digital copies available so I was able to get it the same day.

You got a Dirt Sailor here. Only ship I was on was for a tour. Spent my greenside time with 2/8, 3/9 and 2nd CEB out of lejeune. Deployed with 3/9.

But seriously, have you tried calling HR? What clearances are you waiting on? I will tell you from personal experience, don't expect them to be on top of your file . I didn't even know my HR POC changed, I had to call my HR POC to find out my case was moved to someone else.

Ive been emailing every 4-6 weeks. Im stuck in tier 2 wasteland. My stuff was submitted 6/27 so Im waiting on Med clearance. As far as I have been told by HR is that everything else is clear. I'm even trying to proactively retake my drug test once it expires so there is no lost time. I'm not really expecting to hear anything until Sept or Oct optimistically, but now that .65 website is working at my job, i get antsy with everyone posting class dates and FOLs lmao
