That’s dope for the inbound controllers, but shitty for the ones already there. What level was AZO before the consolidation and what level were they projected to get to? Wonder if they could’ve negotiated getting the projected level pay immediately as an incentive instead of waiting.
They tried but the FAA wouldn’t do anything based on projections. It has to be based on live traffic.
