Some yes, but my understanding is that isn’t being actively sought anymore and it’s something that may go away.

Every job posting I have seen over the last few years have stipulated that they are no longer good time even if currency is maintained. There might be some individuals who were grandfathered in prior to that transition, but everything I have seen and been told is that there is no more good time for the SSS position regardless of currency.

It’s 1.6 and it’s a premium not a base salary increase.
