Since you are prior military, you will get the lowest developmental pay band. Non prior get the AG scale.

I tried 3 or 4 different times last week (gave up after being on hold for 10min) and finally got a hold of Pam Friday morning. Someone on stuckmic said they were on hold for 30min at one point. They're just super slammed I guess.

I have almost 2 years in the tower I'm at, but I wasn't prior military. Went to one of those ever famous cto schools back in 2010, got hired on July 2015.
