Calling was a lot easier. On both my MMPI and Medical contact spreadsheets, the people I tried first didn't do the tests anymore and I had to call someone else. So the person you emailed might not be the Primary contact anymore.

I haven't scheduled mine yet but I emailed the proctor last night and he emailed me back this morning with his availibility.
No, I didn't get the others. I sent back the basics form and I called my rep asking if I was supposed to receive all 3 at once like everyone else here. They said I haven't been put in the system yet and there are thousands of applicants that have to be processed so I felt really bad for calling so soon. However i'm not sure if they thought I meant I got none of the emails or just one of them. I don't want to wait a week and find out I was supposed to go onto the next step when really I was accidentally overlooked.
You shouldn't feel bad for calling because the first email says specifically to call or email your rep if you didn't get the 2 EODS emails. If your rep is saying you just need to wait, I'd not worry too much.
Your offer won't be rescinded because you miss a deadline. They will send you an email reminder to verify you don't want to continue in the process.
