I haven't been keeping up with the group, so sorry if this has been asked already. But should I still hold out hope? I got my TOL back in December and I've been cleared of everything since March or May (I dont even remember anymore), but i haven't heard anything from anyone last time i emailed was back in May and they just told me to wait. Should I shoot them an email again?

Second quarter 2020 gang check in!

I've sold my home, moved across the country, and am looking for a disposable job in preparation for the academy. Still have heard nothing other than keep waiting. Cleared in April.

We're in line, the line just isn't moving very fast.

Yea I’m sure it’s just waiting. Who knows when we’ll hear something considering there’s no budget and Congress is fighting about coronavirus stimulus and the Supreme Court seat.

Just wanted to chime in and say I am also in the waiting group. Confirmed I was fully cleared in April, declined online terminal basics in June for financial reasons. Athough it’s painful knowing I could be further along, I have to say, at this point it’s looking like it was the right call for me.

At least we’re all in this together!

Meh you likely made the right choice honestly. I've been making $12/ hour since June 23rd. That's like $24k a year lol

I heard the entire class that started Basics on 9/21, zero people received the email. Everybody just used their own computer for Zoom and the course stuff as well. So, iPad kinda optional sounds like at least until later

I don’t think you can even set up the faa email for remote access without a badge. You need your badge to make an faa my access account

Yea my class set up our emails right after we got our PIVs, like 2 weeks into Basics. I assume they’re not mailing PIVs to people though.

You can bypass the apple ID by clicking toward the bottom that you do not have one. This will allow you to reach the home screen where you can perform a system reset.
