It usually changes after the final closing day for all ATSA testing, in this case it's May 28th.

Most people get blue cross basic. Some get geha and a couple people dabble in the fsa stuff

By "regarding a start date" I'm guessing you're referring to OKC date: No they didn't, just told me when I would start basics online
