I did when I applied but have to have a statement of service when you apply. Basically runs up your chain of command to prove you will be getting out and will be discharged honorable.

This is what I kinda of sent in. Just proves that I would be getting out and my separation date. I would say if you are more than 120 days I wouldn't do it because if they want to they may just deny you.

I would say any where from 6 months to a year(from when you applied). And dear God if you go Tier2.

Could be quicker. I think this covid stuff has slowed it down some for sure. Last time I applied I went through the shutdown so it added more time.

I'm in the same boat, separate end of July, terminal in June. Holding my breath till something happens.

Both of you should look for a contract tower to work at in the mean time or unemployment.. my buddy who got picked up for the experience cycle in I think june of last year, separated in august and was working at a contract tower till January of this year.
