Hiring Bid FAA-ATO-22-ATCEXP-76330

coming from the person who already received their TOL confirmation ?
but i agree, calling HR certainly doesnt speed up the process.
I was actually working on some security stuff for FCT, and I asked the question of having to re-attempt investigations and such. I was informed timelines are different amongst the group because assigned reps are based on residence and sometimes home of record.

If your FCT stuff is active when they start everything, you most likely won’t repeat it. From my experience, I had already been at my contract tower for nearly a year when I applied and got a TOL and I didn’t have to do any security items. Just the physical and drug test

That would be great. The security specialist told me, he would just have to upgrade my investigation once they send me my CIL, and it would expedite the process.

Oh that's interesting! Hopefully it's still like that

Take a deep breath, it will come. HR is severely understaffed and overworked. Its a slow process. I submitted my TOL acceptance Monday and too have not received a confirmation. No doubts that once they get to me they will send one over.
This! It even says if you aren't contacted in 14 calendar days, then reach out. I got mine in 5, some people got there's the same day, some the next day.

Once everyone on this hiring bid starts getting their list of facilities, will they all be the same/very similar? Also, I heard a story from one of my buddies who applied a few years back about an HR person who tries to hook the military members up with a top 5 location. Anyone else heard any stories like that?

Comes in waves. The number of facilities you’re offered on the list varies depending on your experience along with the agency’s needs at the time you’re being offered. It’ll most likely be 7 and below with some exceptions. You’ll have at least 5 choices but the size varies. People who have similar experience to yours will choosing from the same set of facilities. No rhyme or reason how they determine what group you’ll be in for a list
