Work my HR contact all CILs will be sent out by the end of June or beginning of July depending on the medical and security teams getting everyone's clearances done in a timely manner. My CIL should be coming in this month per my HR contact so just be patient. As long as you got and accepted your TOL you will get a CIL

Pick somewhere you can spend 3-5 years. If you have a dream facility or region in mind it doesn’t hurt to start in that same area. You’ll have more opportunities to network in your own region. The current err process sucks but not as bad as most people say it is as long as you understand how it works.
When you rank your list just drag all the non starters to the bottom to weed out the worst ones. Hope to get offered something in your top 1-5. Congrats on your list and good luck this week.

DSM. Level 7 up/down with a high success rate, good staffing, sub 2-year checkout, able to release in NCEPT. Folks I know who live there really seem to like it. May not be a bad one to look into.
