Families First Corona Virus Response Act

I know we wound't be covered by the expanded leave portion of the act but the initial 2 weeks of leave for child care is more convoluted. Is this something that the FFCRA gives us?

Also, if it does is it given through the FAA or trough our state unemployment office?
