Get rid of CIP all together. It should be what we give up to get EVERYONE A big raise. It’s such a scam systemThe whole program needs a revamp. How about everyone who DOES NOT get CIP, gets 5%, and those who do get CIP, get an additional 5%.
DoD just got 10% and several low to mid level CPCs are leaving for the DoD where quality of life is better.
They take random weeks off then it comes backDid it actually run out already? With 4 1/2 months remaining in the year? That is a lot of lost expected income for those guys.
