I can't read this shit at allNick made a motion in 2022 to limit the use of PPL for new parents wanting to use this benefit. This is an absolute wild move by an RVP and candidate for President to take away a right of new parents to bond with their child.

It’s been a pretty rough week for the NDJH crew between this and the scammers group chat.
Yah if you act like the 20% that saved the union doesn’t exist.Imagine how shitty of a candidate (or sitting president) you have to be to lose in votes to ND.
I asked, he wanted for Natca to put out guidance that PPL falls behind other leave requestsLeonard, are you going to actually share the language, or are you just guna post a blurry image to get people speculating and believing rumors, again? Even the clear image doesn’t say EXACTLY what Nick proposed. Surprise, surprise. Lenny “strikes” again with a useless post.
Riiiggghhhhttt. We’re suppose to just believe that? Show us proof!I asked, he wanted for Natca to put out guidance that PPL falls behind other leave requests
Probably isn’t any, but I can confirm. There was some more restriction talked about as well. Knew about this back when it happened. It’s how he lost my vote from the start.Riiiggghhhhttt. We’re suppose to just believe that? Show us proof!
So full disclosure, Reddit inspired me a bit,I have taken the time to speak with some RVP’s that were present, a few individuals this would have hurt, and specific articles in the contract that are being violated as they pertain to mothers. To say the least it is concerning at most an absolute egregious display of NATCA not caring. Fwiw I am preparing to do a post on it (might be a while) with the help of some mothers. Rest assured though, this and Nick’s intentions do hold water on what he intended to do.Riiiggghhhhttt. We’re suppose to just believe that? Show us proof!
I just had a baby a month ago. It was verbal. No actual proof. But I had one supe trying to tell me they wanted to restrict how I took my PPL and that they may deny it based on staffing. I currently don’t have a medical so hasn’t been an issueSo...at your facilities, does one have to provide proof of birth or is it just a verbal notification and bam they get the 12 weeks?
Lenny is definitely an annoying POS but honestly if anyone is voting for NDJH at this point it's looking like you're a management dick rider and a scab that loves "Collaboration" 🙄I’m guessing Lenny is on fake baby leave for the last year. About the only way anyone would have time to obsess over NDJH 20 hours of the fucking day.
Interesting. I’ll check it out when that time comes. So full disclosure, Reddit inspired me a bit,I have taken the time to speak with some RVP’s that were present, a few individuals this would have hurt, and specific articles in the contract that are being violated as they pertain to mothers. It’s hard to be pres when half the neb has gone off the deep endLenny is definitely an annoying POS but honestly if anyone is voting for NDJH at this point it's looking like you're a management dick rider and a scab that loves "Collaboration" 🙄
Not a fan of Santa and I honestly didn't think there was anyone that could run against him that could look worse...but here we are 🤷♂️
