I have a friend in FSS who just certified, who had actively been training. Let’s not get into Flight service isn’t ATC or not. I’m curious how another 2152 FAA position, covered by Natca, can train but those on the AT scale can not.

You’re dealing with maybe 80 FSS employees FAA wide. Usually only 2 or 3 in the building at a time.

Additionally at this point, many are going to miss out on six figures worth of potential life time earnings because of this additional delay on top of the already snail-paced training process.

You got a lot of balls assume you will certify you piece of trash..... joking lol, I was imitating that Atlanta TRACON guy on here.

FSS is a respectable job for sure but no way is it air traffic control (but they should be able to have a path to become a ATCS, the no ERR thing fucks them)
PS- Where the fuck is PushingTin? I think the rumors of his lifetime ban are true.

My biggest gripe is if we can d side we should be able to Train. I’m already “exposed” to the whole crew in the area. So when the position doesn’t need to be split the regular r side could easily be the trainer. If it’s too busy and we are down a man or something then I could go back to the d side.

MJ only one of these peaks my interest but I clicked them both for you...

Lol. googles algorithms are... interesting.

edit: im going to see if I can get that stuff from showing up.
