Any air traffic controller who takes the vaccine before everyone in the county 60 and over gets it is selfish.

It’s like these 28 year old nurse fucks who post their Covid vaccine ID card on Instagram (which you will soon need to fly, go to the game, and shop at Walmart BTW) like they are some kind of hero. The odds of dying of COVID is 0.01% if you are under 40 if you are a Sears cashier, computer programmer working at home, or ER doctor specializing in COVID. They are not at any worse risk then old people or young people with pre-existing conditions. They should not have got it before any of the at risk population.

Plus if you are a ER Covid nurse you probably already had it (and didn’t even know) and are immune. Looks like Florida is the only state that understands that and built it into their vaccine rollout.
You can not be serious, this has to be the worst and most disturbing post i've read on this site yet

Man this might be your most brainless take ever and that’s saying something.

The idea of vaccinating ER nurses isn’t to save their lives. It’s so they can stay at work and save the lives of the people flooding ERs with covid currently.

And yeah Florida really looks like they’ve got it figured out:
Florida seniors begin swarming coronavirus vaccination sites

And vaccinate controllers so we stop closing centers in the middle of the day so we can actually ship the vaccines

Anyone get their $600 yet? For the first round in April, I got the direct deposit the first day they started going out. Supposedly these second payments have been going out for a week though and haven’t seen it posted.

Back to the flash and dash real quick. We are all in CASS now regardless if you’ve taken a FDT. When the program first rolled out the flight deck office would work with CASS to get us put in on an individual basis. (That was the reason for 21 days). That got to be too much for an office that does...nothing, so they said fuck it, and just dumped us all in.
From conversations I’ve had with a few different folks in the FDT office, there’s no communication between the airlines and them. They have no idea what flights we are on and when. But again, if somehow you get caught, you’re pretty much guaranteed termination.

Most banks technically don’t have to deposit it until tonight/tomorrow so I know some of the bigger banks are holding onto it for as long as possible to increase the opportunity for overdrafts

What happens as far as retirement and TSP if you just resign before your eligible ?
Your retirement stays and once you reach (full?) retirement age you get a pension based on your years of service as if you had done the full time, I think. So 1.7% times however many years you were actually working as 2152. Or you have the option to take it out your contributions and put it in an IRA or something, then you don't get the pension later on.

The TSP would be the same as any other 401k from a previous job: you can keep it or roll it into a new 401k but you can't add to it.
