Yes, you’re right, sorry for using the wrong term. There are many steps in the approval process, and if the ATM doesn’t know or doesn’t want to hire even though there may be availability, you’re out of luck. Non-competitive isn’t guaranteed

Nope lol. I know it’s only been a couple days, I’m just being impatient in what I know is a long slow process.

I worked for two months for the faa on terminal leave. I wrote a letter of intent to separate and start terminal leave. I then had my commander sign it. I submitted that with my paperwork.

120 days is the cutoff for being on terminal/separating and your acceptance day of the TOL.

Same situation, doesn't matter how much terminal leave you have, its 120 days from separation.

Gotcha. Why even offer a TOL? You tell them when you separate in the application on USA jobs.

That’s a great question. I put my DOS on the TOL and sent it back and within 2 days they rescinded it lol

So I submitted my Pre-Employment medical interview sheet and I now have some FAA doctor asking me for records about my asthma and carpal tunnel surgery. I just had the surgery on 4/30 and am still recovering off work. Feel like I may be joining the tier 2 gang unless that’s only for the MMPI...

I received my EODS emails today. After setting up my profile. I tried to go to "Forms List" and it is completely blank and all it says is "If you have any questions contact your HR Specialist..." Has anyone else had this problem?
