Well I contacted my rep and got a response that I will get a class date in October or later. I was fully cleared in late March if that helps anyone.

Yup, we're in the same timeframe. I cleared march 23rd.

So I got my security clearance back in March but I've had to jump through some hoops to get medically cleared. I had to submit medical records regarding a car accident from back in 2006. My medical POC told me a couple of weeks ago that she received all of my records and submitted my file to the flight surgeon.

I know its hard to gauge and everyone seems to have different timelines but how long do you think until I receive some news/clearance and do you guys think I am looking at a 2022 class date or do you think I can get in sooner if I'm cleared?

My class is set to start online in under a month (June 29) and I haven’t received any emails with the next steps.

I start basics on Wednesday (June 2) and a month prior to basics, they sent an email asking us to confirm our shipping address. Then they sent us another email two weeks prior to our start date letting us know our iPad was coming soon. Then two days later I received the fedex tracking number and my iPad was shipped. I got the iPad a week and a half prior to starting basics

No problem, it’ll come soon I’m sure. I wouldn’t start getting concerned until about two weeks out from your start date

The last day was Friday. I knew it wouldn’t be THAT quick (nothing is that quick with this process) but I still was kinda hoping lol

Yes.. not much but the federal minimum wage increased to $15, idk if that went into affect yet. You dont get per diem until okc.

do the insurance/benefits not kick in until okc as well?

Thanks ? I’m not 100% sure when I was fully cleared because all I did was ask my HR POC for an update in March and was told I was cleared. I assume I got cleared somewhere around mid to late Feb since I had asked in early Feb and was told I was still pending at the time.
