Less desirable than, say, Michigan? ? I will admit I’m not a huge fan of Orlando, or Jax, or Miami. But gun to my head I would choose all three over Michigan. Personal preference though I guess.

For anybody wondering, the start dates offered were 4/23, 5/7, and 5/21. I negotiated a start date of 6/4 and they accepted it this morning.

Same dates for me, I emailed them back my availability and they offered me 6/4 and 6/18. I took 6/18 so I have time to move across the country and attempt to settle before starting. lol

I was referring to it being completely up to date, obviously this site is really helpful. I was just trying to say it’s best to use the numbers as a baseline. Every facility is always changing so the numbers aren’t going to be perfect every time.
