Yo don’t need to be NATCA to be able to see the PPT. Can say you don’t have access to an FAA computer if that’s the case.

Go to cedar.FAA.gov then on the left column scroll until you see a link that says “NCEPT” then click that. That will take you to sharepoint. In the left column for that there’s a link that says “priority placement tool”. Once on that page there’s a hyperlink if you scroll down a little that says something like “updated monthly ppt” or along those lines. Click that and it will auto-download (this sometimes takes a minute as it’s a big file) then open the excel doc if it doesn’t open automatically. Just make sure you’re on the September tab at the bottom

The KSN is no longer used. Please make sure that you're using the SharePoint link. You don't need to try opening the excel either. There's a whole dashboard right on the page and you can filter for your facility.
It is still easier and better to have the excel sheet where you can look at more than one facility.
