I thought if you voluntarily withdrew you only got a list of five facilities?

Pretty sure even withdrawing technically counts as a training failure. Hence you being in the NEST.

My situation is a little different. I never started the training program. I had to withdraw the first week of getting to my facility to fix a mistake that was made with my hardship. I'm hoping to say in the area though. However, yes, "technically" it goes down as a training failure in the system.

I was told that goes into affect in the next month or two. Not sure though.

Why highest only 7? What level were you CPC at before?

If the agency/NATCA were to think logically, in the event of a withdrawal/wash, it would make sense for those who hardshipped to a particular geographical area for reasons pursuant to the CBA be offered a list of lower level facilities in that same area where a better potential of certification exists.

After all, the Union and the FAA both collaboratively deemed the hardship legitimate in the first place. How does it make sense to now offer that person random facilities?

Only if it’s your first facility. If you’re previously certified somewhere, it’s the same nest list a washout gets

I have 4 cto’s at 6 and below towers. Washed out of a level 12 tracon after only certifying on one function.

Honestly, I dk. I don’t want to move my family again. I’m thinking about leaving the agency all together because I got railroaded at this facility. I’m trying to stay at my current facility but if that doesn’t work out, I just don’t know what to do.
