There's no one POC for that, they go to the security person who emails you. There are different ones in different regions.

I do. I haven't gotten confirmation yet. Sent mine in the 18th

Be patient. There’s no way to speed this process up.

It clearly says to wait 14 days before contacting them if you have not heard back. If you have gotten confirmation of receipt of your TOL then just be patient. Everyone will not get their CILs at the same time. This would overload the medical and background personnel. Once you've gotten confirmation of receipt for the TOL just be patient because this is a long process.

I've got LM, and I haven't even received my confirmation yet. However, I didn't send mine in until Monday afternoon

You also haven't gotten the second and third emails for the EODS? Just the Basics form, right?
