one of the biggest pay raises most ATCers could get would be to reverse the soul crushing facility downgrades that all the have-nots have been hit with in the last 10 years. Meanwhile an entire sect of the work force hasn't had to worry about even 1 downgrade. not fair!

Would you rather be in Title 49 and not have binding arbitration rights and the rare right as a fed to negotiate pay, or 12 weeks PArental Leave? It will be fixed early in the new year. The fact that ATCers in are title V was a massive win! IT will all work out. and that has absolutely 0 to do w Trump.

I've lost track of how many years we have now gone with double pay raises. Life isn't fair. The paid parental leave will probably get sorted out. Last time I checked it takes 9 months to make a baby. Damn thing doesn't even go in effective until October. Why are you getting so upset over this now? Are you already pregnant but have this weird 11 month gestation?

Perhaps, just maybe....just maybe the reason why you got overlooked on NCEPT wasn't because of the 50 conspiracy theories going around but just maybe because all you do at work all day long is complain? And maybe...just maybe, your coworkers are like everyone else in this job where they talk and maybe, just maybe other people also are not interested in picking someone up just to listen to someone's shit all day long.

Because ppl just like to bitch about nothing.... Including me... It's fun and makes us feel better! The only difference is I'm somewhat realistic about what to expect what will eventually change and what won't....

You get the raise for whatever you're making and it also moves the bands accordingly.
