Ok I actually read the whole thing and I'll just highlight some takeaways:
- OJT will run at 50% capacity. If there are six sectors in your area, OJT will be allowed on 3 sectors. If your area decides they want to do more than that, it has to be agreed upon my all concerned parties.
- Training hours will basically restart with a stipulation. If you had 25 hours OJT on a sector that has a training goal of 100 hours, the training goal will be moved to 125 hours. The stipulation is that at I'm not sure if those hours start right away because they mentioned having to be back to your previous competence. I wasn't sure if you get extra spool up time or not, but basically it's up to your trainers to decide whether or not you've reached previous proficiency via your previous training documents.
- The "red or green" map that was talked about is not mentioned or alluded to at all in the PDF.
- It didn't sound like your facility needed to come up with a plan, this is the plan. The only thing to really hash out is how many people will be allowed to train at once.
- Relief briefing to be taken care of by CPC's not trainees.
IMO if we're really at 40% traffic and 50% capacity just train on 2 sectors at once. Win-win
