Hiring Bid FAA-ATO-20-ALLSRCE-65607

Does anyone know if the Physical / Drug Test / MMPI 2 / eQip has any leeway with when it is scheduled or if you get the schedule all at once? I am going to be out of the country after December, and would prefer if possible to get all 3 of these scheduled in as small a timeframe as possible so that if I need to come back to the US it can be a short amount of time. I am planning on coming back for Academy of course but would prefer to only come back once before that happens.

You need to complete all CIL stuff within 60 days of receiving the CIL email.
You can schedule everything as close as possible. I believe eQip was sent to me around 1-2 weeks after I did my fingerprints. However, if ever the investigator needs to have an in-person interview, that can be at any point.

Do you remember how far back you had to document doctors appointments/hospitalizations and prescriptions? I’m trying to gather that info so I’m prepared. And did you just call your doctors and find out when your appointments were? I think that’s pretty much the only way to find out without guesstimating.

I don't remember being asked about previous medical appointments since I don't have any medical issues, I might be wrong. But the pre-employment medical worksheet has a section asking if you ever had any medical condition, past and current, and all associated prescriptions(dosage & frequency).

Gotcha thanks!

If you have insurance you can get a print out of all the charges submitted to them. That should cover everything. They should have the date of service too

Ps. Going forward keep a running list. Cus they ask for all this again for your every 2 years medical appointment.
Got it. Thank you! I actually just called and asked for it and they’re printing me a document to pick up later! It was super easy. Glad to have that checked off

I am assuming you don't have to provide details about the emergency visits like I had food poisoning and was on medication for one week, stuff like that, right?

On the pre-employment medical worksheet, it will ask you about historical and current medical conditions/prescriptions. Just be truthful. I also had food poisoning and disclosed it.
