I spoke with aviation careers last week and Pam told me that they hadn't received all of the selectees and would be sending out more TOLs last week (they didn't) and this week (so far they haven't).
Pretty sure she is sick of hearing my inquisitive voice every few days so I'm going to not call her for a while. If someone else wants to give them a ring I'd be interested to hear what lies they spin.

Talked to them yesterday, same thing. They said selections haven’t been completed...which doesn’t sound right but what can you do.

Just received an email from Aviation Career saying CIL won't go out for a couple weeks.

So anyone know what went wrong with this hiring cycle? Wasn't there a poster who said there were roughly 500 TOL's going out? Seems like it was way less. Also, has the FAA gone away from hiring active military members that are close to separating? Seems most people getting TOL's have been out of the game for a while compared to other hiring cycles.
Maybe some military higher ups have pulled some strings to stop the flow of active duty controllers to the FAA? The facilities have been decimated the last few years with people leaving and are way under-manned.

I doubt military has any real strings to pull as far as influence with stopping FAA hiring
All I know is when I spoke to Danielle at HR last week she mentioned something about “other factors with applicants off the previous bid.” Not sure what that means since they sent TOL’s out to people off this bid already. The rest of us might be out of luck this round...
They will still be making selections/sending out TOL's soon. They are selecting people with CTO only to attend a special RADAR class and sending them direct to specific facilities afterwards. They are still finishing selecting people for the class and then selections/TOLs will continue afterward.

No. The offer for me was the radar class then off to Joshua Approach. There are several people on stuckmic who have received the same phone call and same facility offer. Apparently I returned the phone call too late and someone else was offered the spot. But I asked about the rest of the TOLs and she said that they would continue after the class was filled.

You obviously got the same call as me, don't tell me you were too late calling back within hours?? Yeah TOLs are definitely still going out. That's what Lisa the HR women I spoke with told me if I didn't accept Joshua.

I know a few that aren’t on any social media that accepted off the prior bid and then got a TOL on this bid and turned their previous firms down. To get a “new list”. Maybe that is what they are referring to on the previous list.
