Question about an RTF attendee that went prior to September 5th.
The rental car was still allowed when the BUE attended.
Can the BUE use the rental car as part of their cost comparison/reimbursement?
BUE used their POV for the trip to OKC but wants to make sure the cost comparison which will be used for reimbursement is correct.
BUE is being told the rental car can not be part of the reimbursement. Agency is only allowing the BUE to use the flight as part of the travel cost comparison.
BUE wants to use Rental Car and airfare as part of the travel cost comparison for reimbursement.
