Hiring Bid Air Traffic Control Specialist - Trainee: FAA-ATO-17-ALLSRCE-53474

Is there any other way for me to get a response from medical? They needed numerous documents from me, i completed everything 5/18. I followed up at the end of June, and again at the end of July, inquiring to that 9-agl inbox asking about my status. I have received no response in any regard. I contacted my HR POC, she told me "you're still waiting for you clearances to come through, you need to contact medical to ask them about your status". I do not have a specific person in medical to contact, and the 9-agl inbox is not responding to my messages.

Do I just keep asking them for a status update? I don't want to be annoying, but it would be great to hear just where i'm at, it's been many months. If i'm denied, do i get some sort of notice or letter? Or do they just never let me know and i'm left wondering for months if i'm getting this job when i've already been denied?

Have you been replying to the pre employment interview worksheet email specifically? I had no luck until I did that and it also worked for several others that were having issues.

How long did it take after submitting the extra documentation to hear back from HR? I completed all of my medical on April 10. Got an email requesting for more docs on May 22, and submitted all docs on June 1.

Im in a similar position. I've been done since February. They requested more info in April and again in July.

Did you submit everything the first time? I know it was hard for me to get ahold of certain docs.
No, a lot of it isnt pertinent. So I didnt submit it. They then asked for it to find out it isn't important. Who cares if getting blown up has had an effect on my concentration if I was able to make it this far.

Veterans seem to get the shit end of the stick for sure. Why do they need my personnel records if I passed a physical with their approved doctors? I got tier 2 for mmpi so just send me to a psych for an interview
I did fine on my mmpi. I still had a Civilian psychologist assess me long before they asked me for records. I suggest you do the same. If anything they can help you through what ever tier 2'd you.

I got a FOL about 1 week later after sending in additional information.

I submitted extra documentation back in march.. I haven't heard anything back yet, I've just been told to keep waiting. Just waiting on medical, I haven't been told to send in any medical records from the VA yet. just percentages of what I am rated on.

You should work on collecting your records from those comp and pen evaluations. If they took place more than five years ago they wont be online you need to go into your va and get them from roi. As soon as you get them email them. It'll save you another 6 months of waiting and not hearing anything.

I’m hitting the 4 month mark waiting on medical with only allergies in my medical record... I can’t get ahold of my medical POC. Keep bothering or just hurry up and wait?

Welcome to the club. I'm a few weeks away from six months with an allergy and headache questionnaire for me. Although my medical rep is awesome about getting back to me when I email her for my monthly check in.
