To summarize the consensus of the thread in a way that is hopefully more digestible to you, this is what you need to take away from it:

The amount of pressure you are subjecting yourself to, and the methods you are using are not conducive to your success. In fact, they are actually working to your detriment and are going to cause you to fail as both the informational load and stakes increase.

To provide you a metaphor: You can't just keep squeezing a sponge to soak up water, you need to release the pressure to let the sponge so its job. Your brain is the same way. It needs times of rest to organize, assimilate, and develop a relationship with the material.

Right now you are in a sterile course environment titled "Basics." You are covering the most introductory material for what would be your future job. With just this load you are crushing yourself under the pressure. How will you even function at a working level in a future situation where literally thousands of lives would be behind those contacts on your screen? Your outlook and relationship with the material is incompatible with sustainable success. You will need to find a way to change how you relate to it in order to succeed.
