CPC reinstatement USAJOBs bids

I left the agency and in October will be my 52 weeks out of the agency. I am hearing mixed things about CPC reinstatement but have not seen anything regarding the following question. At 52 weeks can I apply to any bid on USAJOBS as a prior CPC if reinstatement does not work in my favor such as C90 or a supervisor bid? I know they all say internal to this agency but I heard prior CPCs could apply. Obviously I could do a prior experience bid . Just checking on my options to get back in. Thank you.

No. You must be in the agency to qualify for internal bids.

Some bids will be worded “current and former” you can apply for those. But if it’s management….don’t bet on being considered.
