They sent me a questionnaire through survey monkey Along with my TOL and it talks about Prior ATC experience. I think it was a mistake because no other pool 2 have mentioned this. It’s not a CIL or anything as I received it as an attachment in the same email that gave me my TOL. They keep saying that I put in the survey that I have overlapping periods of terminal or radar experience when I literally have no periods of experience to begin with in the first place lol.

I will keep people updated. Because I think they accidentally attached the survey that’s for pool 1 with my pool 2 TOL.

I received that same survey monkey link in my TOL email. But I received another email this morning from the same address that states:

"Although the TOL attached to the original email is correct, the email contained the incorrect Additional Position-Appointment Information attached and it contained a survey link that you do not need to complete. This email is being sent so you have the correct Additional Position-Appointment Information attachment.

If you have already returned the TOL documents, no further action is required."

As for the signature I just typed my name out in the TOL, saved it as a pdf and then emailed it. I think as far as signing stuff on the computer it’s okay to just type your name out.

We got the TOL on the 6th, but just got an email today saying it was "sent in error." Anybody else have that issue?
They said we're still on the list (pool 1 WQ), but they'll notify us with a final answer eventually.

Close friend of mine was P1Q and got the same email. He actually called earlier this morning to decline the offer after debating for a while and they said not to worry cause it was sent erroneously lol

As far as scanning your TOL to email it rather than fax, if you have an iPhone go in the notes app and open a new note, click the camera icon and select scan documents. Scan each page then email them

Sorry to do that to you. I got it in an email this morning. But I seem to be alone.

Did you ever get a response to you accepting your TOL? And did you also get an email for the EODS and CIL before they sent you that email this morning? I'm in pool 2 but I'm not sure how to feel about all this. Hopefully you can hear some better news soon!

It's my understanding that any studying of material you can find could cement some bad habits. Lot's of people, about 40 to 60%, are pool 2 and have little no experience, like myself. For now, I'm just going to live life and hope I don't get tier 2.

That being said, you could study up on the NATO alphabet and phonetics that come along with that. Or do some light reading of the bible... JO 7110.65Y - Air Traffic Control – Document Information

An extended medical evaluation. "Failure" of the MMPI-2 will require a tier 2 evaluation, given by a psychologist. Trying the 'cheat' the MMPI, or testing too perfectly will force you to take a Tier 2. You can also receive a Tier 2 if you have any past drug or alcohol related incidents. Also, if any irregularities are found on your medical, you can be given a Tier 2 to verify.

If flagged for tier 2, you cannot bypass it. There is no "retake" of the mmpi2.”
