I took my ATSA for the second time (only found out you could do this without having experience last year) about two weeks ago and I must say I felt a lot more confident taking it this year than I did last year. For curiosity's sake, I called HR a little while ago to see what I scored last year and to my surprise I was in the best qualified band, just not lucky enough to make the cut. I feel better knowing this after taking the test again, as I missed the majority of the perspective questions last year; I'd be surprised if I got 3 of them right. It's a bit of a shock knowing that with that many wrong and ignoring the math questions on the simulations it still placed me in the best qualified band.
Unfortunately for me this may be the last bid I can ever apply to, as I turn 31 in February. Best of luck to everyone on this bid, and hopefully they'll send a lot more than 264 pool 2 TOLs out this year.
