I reached out. He called his med rep. Whatever number they gave when they emailed you, call that one. For me, it's just the general number. You leave your info and they say they will call you in 7 to 10 business days.

Trends have shown twice a month(when lucky). Usually around 2nd week and last week of the month.

Just send it lol. Got my list and had to push back my date to December, but I’m already in the process of closing on a house ?
