Serious question that I haven’t been able to get a serious answer on… I’m in that situation, contemplating taking a year or two off to spend time with family, but not sure if even though my age is frozen at earlier than 35, because I won’t be able to complete 20 full years, if that’s a disqualifier?

Yep, I was waiting on medical but I had a lot of contact with my flight med rep. He let me know when I was cleared.
